The launch of High Value Customer Care Campaign

A new campaign – High Value Customer Care was launched on 5th of April 2017 for Nationwide Warid and Mobilink Programs. Mr. Azif Aziz- CCO Mobilink and Mr. Nauman Fakhar – Head Customer Care Mobilink along with his team, especially came to IBEX Global- Lahore office to announce the launch of this campaign. From IBEX side, Mr. Hashim Khan – Director Operations, Mr. Waqas Hameed Mehr – Manager Operations, Faisal Siddiqui – Senior Manager Operations, Ali Adnan – Manager CIQ along with the other team members graced the event. This Campaign has been designed by the Customer Interaction Quality (CIQ) Team of IBEX Global. It is primarily focused on motivating the Customer Services Representatives (CSE’s) to deal with High Valued Customers with great delight, 100% accuracy and high level of courtesy. The duration of this campaign is sixty days, starting from 6th of April 2017. There will be Nationwide top six winners who can earn themselves a Bike or a Cell phone, for the remaining top 15% agents, they will get a gift voucher of worth Rs.5000 each. To be eligible, a CSE must not have any call hang-ups, any behavior/courtesy related escalations, highest quality scores with lowest AHT and minimum 15 working days.
