Agent Supervisor Apprenticeship Program (ASAP)

Agent Supervisor Apprenticeship Program or ASAP is a one of a kind specialized training being conducted at all sites for the Contact Center in Pakistan. This is an ongoing training program that specializes in contact center focus areas including management and soft skills. In December 2016, the Organizational Development function conducted two ASAP Modules namely ASAP Module 1 & 2 for the Lahore site at the Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) on December 13, 14 & 19, 2016. ASAP aims to develop contact center leaders through better floor management plans, time management aka self-management, working together in teams and utilizing tools & techniques such as EE-PDCA for proactive problem solving and decision making.
